Working about 17 hectares in Friuli’s Colli Orientali, Enzo is uncompromising in the vineyard, selling all but the best fruit and only producing about 8000 bottles of taut and minerally whites – Ribolla, Friulano, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and monumental reds – Merlot, Refosco.
