Fragrante was born in 1927 in Sorrento, when Nonno Luigi began making his own digestivo from local ingredients, including lemon and rosemary. Great grandson Daniel, inspired by Luigi’s recipe, created Amaro Insolito, meaning ‘unusual Amaro’.
